Acoustics in a Box return policy. Orders are not returnable and may not be cancelled once placed. If your packages are damaged in any way during transit you must make note on the bill of lading, take pictures of the damaged boxes, get drivers name and have driver sign the statement. Receive the damaged package and check then panels for damages. Acoustics in a Box will only replace the amount of damaged panels that were affected. Upon proof of the damaged panels & or material, Acoustics in a Box will send out all the replacements parts for all the damaged pieces. Acoustics in a Box will arrange pick up for the damaged packages.
